Handling Cable Complaints

If you are experiencing problems with your cable equipment, delivery or service, contact your cable company and provide as much information as you can about your complaint. It's been our experience that the cable companies will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Start here:

If you live in one of our RCC member communities (listed below) and your problem has not been resolved, or you are dissatisfied with the result, the Rainier Communications Commission (RCC) may be able to provide some assistance.
